happy new year to all! This year holds good things.
josh is setting up our new juki serger as we speak.. many good things will be made :)
We have set an official date and time for our wedding. May 28th at 2:30. We will be having the ceremony and reception at josh's parent's house in haddam. I have already started the ball on ordering my gorgeous dress! I am so excited. Lot's of work to do. Have to order invitations next week.... then the photographer and the caterer.... woohoo.... even better is that we are going to treffen for the honeymoon. We will fly into paris on the 29th and take the train to leipzig.. from there I really want to hit London for 5 days or so. We have 2 weeks so I want to see all we can. I am so excited for treffen, I have to renew my passport asap.
Been doing lots of hair. Have an appt tomorow. should be fun, then we are going to Providence. Get to see peter and heather. haven't seen any friends since.... thanksgiving at least. We will be going to Hell tomorow night. We haven't been out in forever. I am looking forward to seeing josh in his new pants. I got him the tiger bondage pants for xmas.
We got a new car.. a nice buick, I think... and I think it's a 96 or so... only $1200. woohoo.
I have to say this year is going out with a bang. I'm getting married, I am getting a new car.... I am going to treffen...I have a badass serger.. so much to sew.... I have a great job... things will be changing alot at the cheeseshop... We had an official business meeting and let me just say I am SO EXCITED about where our life will be in the future...
2005 was hard. It's been a full year of living in CT. We sacrificed alot to get where we are but I think it's all been worth it. It is so nice to have a real life. We aren't scrimping just to make it by. I only have 2 things to pay off to get out of debt and this year we will have paid off one of them.
Our hair business is doing well. I'm making hair for fashion shows in LA. I'm making wigs for a NYC fundraiser for NOLA.
